It is recommended that participants should have already done the workshop on designing professional career visions.

The workshop involves researching and exploration of some of the fields selected by the participants to enable them to identify whether they are excited about a field. The research involves internet research, field interviews, videos, movies and other exploratory activities during the workshop and between the two sessions. This research would enable you to answer the following questions:

• What I want from my life
• Where do I want to be 30 years from now
• How do I combine my hobby, interest with my job and work
• Typical career choices in Pakistan do not interest me
• Which career vision suits my personality and aptitude
• How do I find out whether I have aptitude for a certain field
• What are my personality traits and how can they propel me to success
• Are there career choices where there is thrill, excitement, wonder
• How do I identify the career in which I have an interest
• Which competences  and skills are required for attaining my future vision
• What should I be doing 5, 10 and 20 years from now to meet my vision targets
• Is there a use planning for the future. Every thing is so unpredictable and deteriorating
